TREE WALK IN REGENTS PARK
Once known as Marylebone Park and appropriated by Henry VIII for a hunting ground, John Nash created the ornamental Regent’s Park we now know for the Prince Regent (later King George IV) in the 1830’s. Be taken around this fabulous Royal Park by a volunteer tree expert and qualified arborist, as they point out the variety of unusual specimens and rare breeds, some of which there are only a handful of in the UK.
