Organized by The Polish British Integration Centre and supported by the Brady family (Malgosia and Zofia), Lucyna Ratajczyk, and a dedicated team, Polish Heritage Days in Bedford has built a reputation for its joyful atmosphere and strong sense of unity. Adding to the excitement, renowned RIBA Chartered Architect Alexander Smaga will deliver a special presentation on his Polish Air Force Memorial in Normandy, alongside his new crowdfunding initiative for D-DAY80—a timely project marking 80 years since the historic Allied landings.

“Victory Fly Past” Polish Air Force Memorial in Normandy was unveiled in an official ceremony which took place on the 9 th of June 2019 to commemorate the role of the Polish airmen who fought in the Battle of Normandy in 1944. The memorial was designed by architect Alexander Smaga. With music, history, and community spirit coming together, Polish Heritage Days in Bedford 2025 is shaping up to be an unmissable event for both Polish and British attendees alike.
